43ad2e59b1 add basic ansible role for debian deployment 
Currently only Debian 10 buster is supported.
Other Debian versions, Ubuntu and derivates should be easy to integrate.
Database deployment is considered out-of-scope and deferred to the user.
Provides basic upgrade support between releases.
